This band saw, due to its construction and parameters, is the best choice among bands with a possibility of cutting at an angle of up to 60 degrees. Manufactured in Ukraine, this type of the machine meets all European standards. Its construction and cutting arm are made of solid welded metal sheets, securing high rigidity and stability during cutting, thus providing precision and accuracy of cut elements as well as long and reliable operation. A 27 mm wide cutting band allows for cutting high quantities of profiles and other materials. New model features a stronger 3-phase motor equipped with additional security, a new autonomous hydraulic cylinder and coolant cooling in a closed circuit with a larger tank. Band saw for metal, with CE marking, allows for cutting in the axis perpendicular to the axis of cut material or at any angle from 0° to 60°.
Element cut can be fed manually or by any feeding device, meanwhile the tool feed is gravitational on the principle of oil flow in a two-chamber hydraulic cylinder.
Appropriate speed of arm lowering is obtained due to the valve controlling oil flow between hydraulic cylinder chambers.
Operator starts the machine by pressing the START button and sets cutting speed. After the cycle is finished the machine automatically stops and turns off. Material is fed manually. This model is used in both low and high quantity production, and due to its solid construction allows for cutting various materials, including stainless steel, tool steel and profiles. The machine provides cutting at an angle due to a rotary arm.
