The suction fans are located in the negative-pressure chamber on the clean air side, housed in special sound-absorbing enclosures. They feature a special blade design, making them more efficient and effective, while also contributing to energy savings.
RLA S dust collectors come standard with sawdust bags equipped with a clamping system that securely seals the bag to the machine structure, enabling the achievement of high vacuum levels.
Contaminants from the filter fall directly into a sealed bag that can be quickly unloaded.
The filters used are classified in filtration category “G,” enabling air purification down to 0.2 mg/m³/h.
The 7.5 kW / 8,900 m³/h vacuum fan, operating at 3,000 Pa, functions on the turbine principle, and its soundproofed design significantly reduces noise emissions during operation.
The product is equipped with temporary casters intended solely for transport. They are not designed for permanent use. They must be removed after delivery and installation of the unit.
